We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"We receive notifications or cases and prioritize them accordingly, which helps us address issues promptly.""The product helps us streamline audit and incident management processes.""OneTrust GRC offers policy management, including documentation, distribution, attestation, and policy management.""OneTrust GRC is stable.""It does help in the automation of our privacy impact assessments.""One of the valuable features of this solution is it has the ability to review fourth and fifth parties to the nth degree.""As a solution for IT risks, it is a very good product.""Vendors can be assessed and rated out of the tool, and assessments can be scheduled for updates at certain intervals."

"The best features are the scalability and flexibility to implement applications on top of the BW.""The tool helps create reports for projects, including the creation of any ad-hoc reports""Initial setup was straightforward. It took maybe one week.""It is wonderful from the control perspective. The GRC tools help you in knowing what are the risk controls, how to mitigate risks, and how to ensure that there are no conflicts between the roles. From the user perspective, you get to know what are the permission risks and access risks. You get a lot of useful information.""We have enterprise clients for the product."

Cons
"OneTrust GRC's workflows aren't automated and need to be manually driven.""There are several areas for improvement. One is the integration capability. Connecting various DSAR systems can be time-consuming if a single integration takes months to complete.""They could improve by offering free help. A solution, a lot of times, is not just the use of the solution. For example, it is the overall engagement, how well do they support the system, what is their SLA, and how long their response time is to an issue. It would be beneficial if they had some type of professional services where they offer the first five hours of professional services a year for free. That would be a substantial benefit rather than having to buy professional services or professional services packages.""I haven't seen any return on investment using the solution. If I had the opportunity, I would use a different solution.""We encounter difficulties creating multiple platforms or interfaces and manual processes for changing certain settings.""There are limitations to customized workflow automation, and they need to increase both the available automation and the customized workflow.""The product is not that easy to set up.""The Vendor Risk dashboard is quite basic today and not interactive, but improvements are in coming the next releases."

"Technical support could be better and faster.""We cannot actively log in to the system. It should also improve support.""I think the old system is better than the new one. From an improvement perspective, the tool needs to ensure that the new technologies it offers are better than the old ones.""An additional feature I would like to see is the option to add wait time and integrate sources in wait time.""BusinessObjects is very dated. It is not that user-friendly. It should be made more user-friendly. In addition, if they could make predictive analytics an embedded part of it where people get to know what is there to offer, it would be great."
