We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"It's easy to use, and it's stable.""The product's most valuable feature is scalability.""The solution has plenty of good valuable features and a plethora of services.""Its integration capabilities are great, allowing connectivity with various applications and services.""I like the ability within Logic Apps to design the workbooks through the portal with minimal code.""I am impressed with the tool's UI and analytics.""The product’s most valuable feature is integration.""The tool’s biggest benefit is the access we have to other Azure products."

"The advantage of using MuleSoft as part as the Salesforce ecosystem is that anything new they build is guaranteed to work with the new features that are coming from the other side.""The product is easy to use. You don't need programming skills to use it.""The prebuilt connectors have saved our customers a lot of time and money."

Cons
"The main issue is performance, especially when dealing with large amounts of data. Performance-wise, that's the only thing Microsoft should focus on.""Especially when using a function or a parameter, that could be easier as that's not very well-documented, and it's not very clear from the tool itself how to use it.""An area of improvement I've encountered is related to the number of connectors available in Logic Apps. While there are many connectors, I found that the "send email" connector may not work as expected, and one has to rely on Office 365 plugins or other alternatives. This could enhance user experience, especially when considering the additional overhead and licensing requirements associated with Office 365. It also needs to improve security features.""The solution could add an AI version to make it easier for people.""The standard logic app could be simplified. Thats what we would like to see in the next release.""There could be custom code for the product's components.""I find the current interface useful, but I could see how others would want the UI bits that are used for creating Logic Apps to be simplified.""Standard documents are fine, but in certain situations, when facing specific errors or issues, partners or consumers expect customized solutions rather than just links to existing documents."

"MuleSoft Composer needs to improve its interface and scalability.""This solution could be improved by offering more integrations with other platforms.""The technical support team's response time must be improved."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "The cost of the solution could be cheaper."
  • "If we are comparing to other public cloud vendors, such as Amazon or Google Cloud platform, I wouldn't say that it's expensive. However, when we're comparing between a host such as GoDaddy or Digital Ocean, then it's a bit on the expensive side."
  • "It's very cheap, but it comes with pluses and minuses. The positive thing is that it's very cheap, but on the other hand, it's extremely hard to tell how much it will cost. At the start of the project, it's almost impossible to tell how many times you will be calling some kind of Logic App function. You cannot state how much of the internet transfer you will use or how much data your will use."
  • "The price of Microsoft Azure Logic Apps is inexpensive."
  • "Microsoft Azure Logic Apps could be costly if a user isn't careful. The costs associated with the solution could still be improved."
  • "The product is not cheap. I would rate the product's pricing a five out of ten."
  • "The pricing is not expensive."
  • "The pricing is okay. It's not highly priced. It's in the medium range."
