Excellent change data capture utility for distributed multi site environment
Customer Service: We have a support contract with Jumpmind. The support resources are readily available and provide expert support to any questions. Technical Support: Jumpmind created and open sourced this solution. All the key players are still actively involved with the technology and provide answers to all our open questions. The consistency we receive from their support is second to none.

Robust, reliable, and stable, ensuring high availability for critical integrations
I would rate the scalability an eight out of ten; it is a highly scalable solution. We have around 200 end users using this solution in our company. We use it to its maximum capacity. However, it's not for P1 applications, but definitely for severity two cases (P2 level). It integrates critical applications, but it's not a platform that, if it stops, the entire system would come down. So, it's more like a severity two level. However, it has the potential to eventually become a P1 platform. Not exactly P1 applications, but a P1 platform. Because now we are still in the transition to migrate everything, all the integrations to Mule Anypoint Platform. But once it's done, then this platform becomes critical. Because even now, we have point-to-point connections.

"The most valuable feature is the full lifecycle management, including Anypoint Designer and Exchange, as well as Discofolio API."
"The API toolkit is the solution's most valuable aspect at this time, for our organization."
"The solution is very scalable with solid performance and the capability of extending it using any custom Java in case you don't have anything out of the box. MDP is strong. It is good compared to other products regarding its capabilities in managing or orchestrating the issue load."
"The exchange and API management features are the best in the market."

Cons

"The user interface could improve. We are looking at some cloud-based databases, and I don't think they support that."
"Its documentation needed a little bit of work to make it more usable. It is a platform that is used mainly by developers and other people for connecting systems. Its documentation was confusing in some areas and was not very helpful in other areas. I had to go to a consultant to get some work done, which ideally shouldn't be required."
"The solution's licensing model is expensive and could be improved."
"Anypoint MQ could improve the user interface."
"Code quality, Code Security, SaaS, and DaaS security, can all be improved."
"Technical support needs to be improved, especially when you need help with more technical aspects of the solution."
"Price-wise, it is a good product since it is reasonably priced...Mule Anypoint Platform can get too complex for non-technical people."
"The price could be improved."
"This becomes an expensive solution over time."
