Room For Improvement

IBM BPM needs better configuration, improved UI, flexibility, enhanced performance, affordability, cloud capabilities, and easier debugging and maintenance.
Pipefy should enhance process paths, integrations, scalability, automation, user support, and tutorials while improving dashboards and server speed.
IBM BPM also lacks smaller solutions, so I must purchase multiple solutions to start with workflows and applications.
Compliance Sanctions Senior Analyst at a financial services firm with 10,001+ employees
Technologies evolve day by day, especially with the emergence of artificial intelligence and generative AI models.

There are negative aspects, such as IBM BPM being quite heavy and not lightweight, and the licensing cost is higher, which has caused some companies to shift away.
Senior Project Manager at a computer software company with 1,001-5,000 employees
I would want Pipefy to work on having a general dashboard for an organization, which should be a panel where all the processes of a single organization can be visualized.
IT Technician at HCLSoftware
What is lacking is direct support, since I am required to go through a third-party outsourcing company to connect with Pipefy.
Finance Analyst at a media company with 5,001-10,000 employees
Pipefy can also focus on more dashboards and the way to extract and create indicators in the dashboard section as this appears to be a gap.

Automation platforms streamline processes and offer flexibility, but AI integration and version upgrades pose challenges
In the technology world, there is always room for improvement. Technologies evolve day by day, especially with the emergence of artificial intelligence and generative AI models. Although IBM BPM is a substantial product, adopting and integrating new technologies quickly is not easy due to the migration and upgrade paths involved. Every time new versions are released, we face business and production challenges that make rapid adoption challenging. The main concern bothering me today regarding IBM BPM is the integration of AI components.

Streamlined workflows have automated tasks and supported real-time collaboration on projects
I consider Pipefy's mobile app to be one of the best features because it helps me use it on the go, and I do not have to miss any notifications. I also love the real-time communication between team members, which makes collaboration much easier than using traditional design documents. It has a very intuitive and user-friendly interface where it was easy to get started and use complex features without feeling overwhelmed. The real-time communication and mobile app features are valuable for my work because with Pipefy's mobile app, I can use it on the go, so I do not have to miss anything.
