Oracle Fusion Service and HubSpot CRM are both leaders in their respective fields, Oracle in customer service and HubSpot in marketing and sales automation. HubSpot has an edge due to its user-friendly interface and strong marketing automation tools.
Features: Oracle Fusion Service offers a comprehensive omni-channel suite, integrating tools like Knowledge Base, Smart Assistant, and incident management. HubSpot CRM is known for its marketing and sales automation, lead tracking, and business intelligence, benefiting from ease of use and onboarding experiences.
Room for Improvement: Oracle Fusion requires improvements in customization, mobile application features, and system integration efficiencies. HubSpot CRM could enhance pricing strategies, mobile app functions, and customization options, while handling integrations and managing duplicate data better.
Ease of Deployment and Customer Service: Both Oracle Fusion and HubSpot CRM are public cloud-based, with Oracle offering additional private and hybrid cloud options. Oracle's customer support is generally well-regarded but inconsistent, while HubSpot's customer service is positively reviewed, albeit with varied experiences in pricing and advanced feature support.
Pricing and ROI: Oracle Fusion Service has higher licensing costs and flexible pricing based on usage, suiting organizations with substantial budgets. HubSpot CRM's free version is appealing to small businesses, yet higher tiers may be costly. However, its modular pricing is advantageous for those seeking specific capabilities, offering a notable ROI.
Within CRM, I have worked on B2C service and sales extensively.
HubSpot's customer service is excellent and fast.
Many users give it only a couple of minutes before moving on, so there should be ways for quick, direct access and follow-up, which is currently somewhat challenging.
There is always an account rep that's available, and there is a technical account rep that is available for every account.
Sometimes the technical support is knowledgeable and helpful.
Customer service varies as sometimes I receive a good response, and other times I need to escalate issues and involve engineers from Oracle in an OWC session.
Handling around 100 to 150 users is fine.
There are a lot of enterprises using it, however, even as a GTM for HubSpot, their target market is predominantly SMB.
HubSpot CRM is a scalable solution.
Initially, we had ten ERPs, and I have added more since.
Regarding scalability, the solution provides useful configurations that clients can utilize effectively.
Downtime is very rare.
If work continues for a long time without publishing, it tends to get corrupted, requiring deletion and rework from the ground up.
HubSpot should establish some pre-deployable packages that, when contracted, offer basic functionality.
A better CRM can be achieved by providing more customization features.
The response time is slow.
When dealing with bulk data uploads via a BDI process, some records occasionally fail, requiring me to debug and reprocess them.
Simpler integration capabilities.
It is currently restricted to Groovy scripting.
Regarding licensing cost, according to each country's conditions, for Egypt, it's so expensive.
I think it's expensive, yet it does not pose a threat, making it costly for my enterprise.
HubSpot stands out for its ease of use, especially with sequence creation compared to other CRM solutions.
The main benefit that HubSpot CRM provides for me is that I can complete a campaign and rather than sending metrics to my sales team manually, I can customize them ad hoc based on the requirement.
The most valuable feature for me is when I encounter a company or a person, I can drop in their URL, and it pre-populates various details like address information and other contacts they might have.
The company has invested in ERP Cloud, and the seeded APIs and VIP features allow for customization using Groovy script.
Based on utilizing Groovy scripts and JavaScript, we can integrate with other external systems.
For HCM, it makes the life of users easier for self-service, payroll run, and applying tax according to the country, where different tax laws according to the country are very easy in Fusion.
