Makes the sales workflow efficient and well-coordinated
I would rate the easiness of the initial setup as a five out of ten. It was a bit complex. Setting up Dynamics 365 faced challenges, especially when integrating with our financial system. It was more complex than implementing Microsoft Sales Dynamics on its own. The difficulty mainly arose during external system integration, particularly with financial systems. For the initial deployment, we needed one person skilled in business analytics or a business architect. Deployment takes from one to three months. The deployment process involves creating two spaces—one for the production system and another for customization. I also use a third space for testing. Customizations are created in one space and moved to the sandbox or production system for testing. Version control for containers is crucial for maintaining control over customized features in the production system. In the production system, only business processes are used, and end-users don't have permission to customize. I engaged an integrator for the deployment process.
