In my company, we are using new features, but I don't want to say that we serve as guinea pigs for tools. In our organization, we are using the product's new features. The tool may have bugs or something because it doesn't work out exactly how we want it. I feel that eloomi still has to catch up with some of the more established organizations because it currently doesn't look that fancy. For my company, the tool's looks are not a big problem because, cost-wise, the tool is very efficient and very low priced in comparison with the other tools in the market. The tool's willingness to improve is really high.
