I give the solution a nine out of ten. We require one engineer for maintenance. I would highly recommend N2WS Backup & Recovery, as I have had no issues and the sales and technical support teams have been excellent. They keep in touch with us every three to six months via email and phone calls.

This is a perfect product for me because I don't want something that consumes too much in terms of resources. I just want it to perform backups. In my opinion, this product is for medium-sized companies. Not for a large enterprise. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
