A reliable solution that could benefit from some adjustment, stability-wise
The biggest pain point for me and most people is that when we have to update our passwords, we have to go back in and remap our web folders. It only happens once every three months, but it's a nuisance more so than anything else. The other applications we use, when the software is updated, we don't have to reset our passwords. That's the biggest pain point there. Usually, when they update Casepoint, there are usually some glitches that need to be ironed out. not always, but sometimes. My biggest pain point would be the password reset. Sometimes it freezes with can be aggravating.

A good document discovery tool, with a variety of helpful functionality but at a very high price point
We mainly use this solution in litigation to gather, download and host case documents from our client's systems. We are then able to use the search tools to extract the information we need from the database We have found the automatic translation feature of this product to be a game changer…

"We have found the automatic translation feature of this product to be a game changer because we work with a lot of clients from China."

Cons

"I hate everything about it this product. It is not user-friendly."
"We would like to see some improvement in the price for documents to be hosted via this solution."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"It's ridiculously overpriced and the bills are ridiculous."
"This solution has a fairly high price-point, which may not make it suitable for all organizations. Using this product incurs both high fixed costs, and marginal costs for each additional case being added."
