If there was a proper journey simulation mode where you could walk a test customer through a journey and see exactly what they would experience and when, that would dramatically reduce the time we spend on quality assurance before launch and the mistakes that slip through.

Advanced customer journeys have boosted segmentation and now deliver more relevant campaigns
The best features Blueshift offers in my experience are customer data management and segmentation, intuitive and easy-to-use UI, quick and efficient customer support, and an intuitive user-friendly interface that allows me to manage complex data easily. Blueshift also offers robust features such as integration with Segment and other apps, retargeting with dynamic content pulled from data feeds and catalogs. Out of those features, I find myself relying on the customer segments and recommendation tool in Blueshift the most day-to-day because it has helped with automating and personalizing our tags. I would also add that the predictive score is very useful. Blueshift has positively impacted my organization by allowing us to launch triggered marketing campaigns targeted to specific segments based on users' behaviors on-site and deliver relevant personalized content using the AI-based recommendations tool.

Has supported marketing and sales alignment while leaving room for better customization options
I have recommendations for making it easier to customize. I used to work in a tech company, so it's very easy to do that in-house, and our team did that. It's not easy to customize for a regular user though. In the world of generative AI where it's easy for you to connect different tools, APIs, etc., HubSpot Marketing Hub still requires some customization. For example, if you want to make sure it's connected with a custom CRM or some other CRM, there is some fair bit of modification that's required. Some main differences in my experience between HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce are that Salesforce is a bit un-user-friendly. I have to be fair, I haven't used Salesforce too much, but I think HubSpot Marketing Hub is much more user-friendly.
