Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The most valuable feature is the organizational modeling capability.""Great software for managing my business. I think this is the best business process management software.""With the appropriate governance framework, properly trained business analysts can be empowered to design and build business solutions themselves.""The approval process is simple.""The API is pretty straightforward.""I like all of the features. I like that you can simulate the processes and add the time standard.""I find Bizagi so user friendly. I also think that its modeling abilities are great and it's easy to teach them to new users.""Bizagi is a very useful tool because it does not require you to program. The user logic is very easy to understand even for people who are not engineers or developers."

Cons
"For the small business, this is very bad because it is still fragmented. The licensing policy should be more flexible and small company oriented. In micro-small companies, there should only be one or two. That's not the problem. Maybe it is too flexible, there are so many pieces that you need to put together. When you have a small business, it can be a little complicated, not so easy.""The free version could be better. Some of the templates and all the functionalities aren't available in the free version. I've been trying to check some maps, for example, organizational maps or a model on organization hierarchy. Apparently, there seems to be no template. You have to create your own. I am not sure if there are templates, but I've not really seen any. I think that there's room for improvement.""It should provide the ability to create a simple application. It can be used for database modeling diagrams and forms, but it should also support CRUD, that is, create, read, update and delete.""The performance could use improvement. We couldn't connect the processes to on one file. The performance is an issue for us.""When you start working with information modeling, et cetera, here is no really good solution for the data modeling and information modeling.""One thing that I don't like very much is related to integration: we have to develop some connectors... I would need a connector that connects to a REST service and that uses client ID in secret... They provide the means to develop a connector and use it, but they should implement this because REST services are among the most used protocols for web services.""I would like to see a facility for building a simple CRUD application. In Bizagi, you can use database modeling, diagrams, forms, etc., but in some circumstances I need CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) functionalities which are not there yet.""Bizagi could be improved by more automation and machine learning. Now that I'm learning more about data analyzers, I'm realizing that many people have problems with data and how to understand them."
