Admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and good to use for servers and endpoints
The important factor is that after implementing Bitdefender, we haven't found any attacks. It has a vaccine for the RDP protocol, which is specific to this. We do some customization, but it does not lack any protection. Compared to older versions, we have not found any degradation in performance in the newer versions from the last three to five years, whether for graphical or normal users. They're not complaining that we are facing problems like memory issues. Bitdefender is also customizable and granular, but once you install it, it keeps running. The admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and can take action accordingly. On a regular basis, Bitdefender's AI capability is okay. But you cannot leave some decisions to AI. You must have control. You have to look at what you're filtering, as it can be a false positive. But on a regular basis, AI can be helpful.

Pros

"We find the protection the solution provides valuable."
"The cloud console is good and the tool is effective in protection."
"The most valuable feature is the IDS."
"Based on my experience, I rate Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security a nine out of ten."
"The product offers an opportunity to monitor the things happening in our network. It also has a comprehensive dashboard."
"The features I found most valuable in Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security include anti-malware, spyware detection, firewall, network detection, and user behavior analytics. The solution also gives you a heads-up about operating system misconfiguration."
"Bitdefender is also customizable and granular, but once you install it, it keeps running."
"Overall, I rate Sophos Virtualization Security a nine out of ten due to its ease of use, security, and customer support."
"The most valuable features of the solution are VM security, VLP, and threat protection."
"Using this solution allows us to set up rule-based access control."
"The SVM deployment has very good performance."
"When it comes to their firewall, it notified me about a possible infection."
"I highly recommend Sophos Virtualization Security. I rate the overall solution ten out of ten for its excellent features and support."
"I like Sophos Virtualization Security's built-in antivirus and malware protection. The firewalls are pretty stable. It's just a matter of updating the virus signatures, and they're pretty good about providing those updates regularly."

Cons

"The connection with the controller needs improvement. Some connections are currently unstable."
"The lack of detecting security threats and high memory usage need to be improved."
"The solution must be more user-friendly."
"The firewall capabilities could benefit from an upgrade since it lacks a high level of granularity and control."
"Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security could improve the RDP, I have problems sometimes."
"At this point in time, the download footprint is a bit big."
"The tool needs to improve patch and vulnerability management."
"Overall, Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security is quite good. It always has new features which customers can use for free, so I can't say that something is missing in the solution, though one area for improvement is that the cloud version of Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security still can't connect to a central SIEM. The on-premises version has that capability, but the cloud version doesn't."
"I wish Sophos could offer the solution at a lower price, but I doubt they will."
"I would like to see some new features for improving the security part of the solution."
"Sophos Virtualization Security requires more usage. For example, if you have a virtual service line of 100 nodes, you are unable to deploy them from the console to a particular environment."
"We are unable to reliably specify bandwidth limits for particular clients, which is something that needs to be improved."
"The process of registering licenses for remote devices could be optimized as there have been instances where devices entered an unknown state."
"The solution would be improved if all of the advanced features were included in the SVM."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The license is yearly."
"The licensing costs can vary."
"In terms of the licensing costs associated with Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security, the agreement was made nearly three years ago, but from what I recall, the figure was around €6,000 to €7,000 for three years, including support for two hundred endpoints."
"The general basic price is roughly $1.20 for a license with Bitdefender."
"The product's pricing is okay and it is yearly."
"The tool is not expensive and pricing is competitive."
"Its price has gone up since our last renewal. My renewal fee has gone from $517.99 in 2018 for 3 years to $739.99 when it renews this year in July. I love the product, but a price increase of over 40% is a bit exorbitant."
"It has very flexible licensing costs, and it's modular-based."
"Depending on the subscription, the price ranges from $700 to $1,000. There's a subscription for the antivirus and malware and another that includes web and email. So you might need that extended subscription if you were housing an email firewall. Otherwise, you pay a flat rate for the firewall. It's not based on the number of users."
"For virtualization security, the cost is approximately $50 USD per seat."
