We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Our favorite feature is the PC Patch Management.""The solution is easy to use.""The solution can scale well.""It has increased productivity. IT threats are kept at a minimum because of this product.""It's straightforward to set up.""It's not heavy on the system.""Avast Business Endpoint Protection's best feature is its user-friendliness.""It warns you if there is a threat and it's perfect because it runs in the background and doesn't interfere with anything."

"The initial setup was simple.""Unattended remote assistance.""It saves us drive time, we don't have to go to clients. We can just use remote access.""I would not want to tell other companies about it because it is so powerful, it does so much, and it makes me look so good.""Provides remote access, allows me to get inside our network to be able to fix problems.""I like being able to dial in and transfer files for updates.""Unattended Access, allows me to do support on machines that people are having trouble with, during non-working hours.""For me, it's convenience because I cover three different offices, and I need to be able to remotely access any of those three offices from anywhere, anytime. With LogMeIn Central, I can do that."

Cons
"It could have a 10,000-feet overview of the whole infrastructure because the software is easily installable on the whole infrastructure and not just the infrastructure, but also the workstation themselves. I would love to have a 360 view of the whole network and basically see from where a test is coming, and if there is an instance in the cloud that is actually misbehaving or if there is a workstation that is infected and stuff like that. It can also have some kind of AI to detect all those things and then cut off the connection from that machine. In Cortex, you can link the logs, reports, and all that stuff. You can also see the full picture of when it happened, and you can trace it back all the way to a file or something else. I would like to see similar functionality in Avast Business Endpoint Protection.""Making the price a bit cheaper would be an improvement.""Where I have faced a challenge is on the reporting. I would like to see something that provides information regarding the next month or quarter, in terms of reporting.""The solution needs to be more secure and work to protect us better from people trying to mess with our systems.""Avast Business Endpoint Protection would be improved with more frequent updates.""I would like to see better protection and more spyware included with the free version.""It could download faster during deployment.""The solution could improve by providing more security."

"I do not like the antivirus.""Compared to other products, I feel that their biggest weakness has been customer service. They are very nice, but things take forever to resolve. It has been a major issue there. Otherwise, we're happy. We haven't moved away from them because we haven't found anybody with comparable pricing for our business model.""There are some screens that are just ugly and difficult to manipulate.""I have had issues where LogMeIn has not been useful, then we have not been able to work that day. This happens probably two or three times a year.""Sometimes it just fails to load.""Our clients are having issues with printing.""The initial load is terribly slow and often has delays with the login page loading.""The screen. Make it clearer. The screen resolutions don't always line up. So clarity of the screen, and speed."

  • "It sucks that I am paying for LogMeIn Central, LogMeIn Pro, and LogMeIn Rescue, plus LogMeIn Ignition, which is the mobile app. It costs me a lot of money every month at LogMeIn. "
  • "It really is an expensive product for me."
  • "Pricing is a little on the expensive side, compared to what TeamViewer has offered."
  • "It used to be a lot cheaper but then the price shot up (doubled over the span of two years), but it's hard to switch, and most competing products are similarly priced anyway."
  • "Pricing is a little high. They require for LogMeIn Central to go into brackets. If you go over a certain amount of PCs or servers to access, going up to the next bracket is a big jump."
  • "The price is a little high but it's competitive. The licensing process is fairly easy."
  • "It's probably worth the value, but the price increases over the last five years are getting harder to justify."
  • "We went with it for pricing reasons, that it was the biggest bang for our buck, by combining the ability to have a central security console, as well as a central point for user administration."
