Easy to use and deploy agents but needs more stability
We just need to deploy the agent to the endpoints. We don't need to set up anything. For a single agent, it takes one or two minutes. However, we deployed globally, and you need to take into consideration the time it will take to deploy across each endpoint. It's very simple to deploy. We had three or four engineers take care of the implementation.

A tool that offers good UI and documentation
Webroot Business Endpoint Protection had sent me a physical installation medium, which was very easy to obtain and deploy. It was also easy to configure, and it had a nice UI. I didn't have any problems with the product. I think that Webroot Business Endpoint Protection is very transparent about the pricing models offered to users. The tool also maintains transparency about the features and specifications. Previously, when I compared the two products with Webroot Business Endpoint Protection, I saw that with Trend Micro, it is very difficult to transparently find out what it offers and how much it charges for it.

"The flexibility in creating tools to make changes on remote machines is most valuable to me. The reporting feature is also fantastic because on any given day I can bring up a list of machines that don't have patches, for example. Webroot Business Endpoint Protection needs to improve its ability to detect threats. It does not do what it's advertised to do. Real-time threat detection also doesn't work as it should.
