The platform could benefit from additional customization features. The external lookup field, which allows custom API calls to fill data, is limited to two thousand results, which is insufficient for many API calls. While this was increased from two hundred based on customer demands, there is room for further improvement. The native connector currently only allows users to pick assets from AEM, but should also enable pulling content fragments that users want to link to projects or tasks. Incorporating content fragment selection in the native connector with AEM assets would be a significant enhancement. Certain regions experience latency issues when dealing with large quantities of projects, which could be improved from Adobe's side.
