Find out in this report how the two Cloud Backup solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, service and support, easy of deployment, and ROI."The platform's most valuable features include its backup functionality, particularly the snapshot and image backup capabilities."
"One of the best benefits of using Acronis is that it also provides data security along with the backup of data. It checks everything, and that's the main benefit of using Acronis"
"A valuable feature is the user-friendly control management. I appreciate the integrated service, where just one agent and one virtual management are needed to handle everything. The solution is highly stable. I rate it a nine out of ten. The support has been consistently excellent. The initial setup is straightforward."
"The most valuable features are the automated backup, and that you are able to manage all of your devices centrally."
"The product offers very easy configuration capabilities."
"I do not need to touch my firewall, especially when it is managed by the provider and takes ages to do a single NAT."
"We find the product to be very scalable."
"The most valuable feature is disaster recovery."
"The solution's support team is excellent."
"My customer has Dell EMC CloudBoost integrated with all of their other Dell products. It integrates well."
"There is more room for improvement in the training."
"They should integrate the solution with Storage Area Network(SAN)."
"The logs could be better. Logs through the website are just too simple and basic."
"It will be good if Acronis can provide more documentation and videos describing how to do different things. Their documentation is good, but it is without examples. They don't have lots of videos. They should put more videos on YouTube to show how to set up certain things, how to restore, and how to back up. They should provide step-by-step documentation and videos for specific scenarios. I would like them to improve the command line feature. The command line is not working smoothly, and there is some problem with it. If the command line is improved, it will take the product to the next level. It would be great if it can back up data from storage so that people are able to back up old data. Such a feature will make it an enterprise solution for a full backup."
"Technical support needs to be improved because they do not respond in a timely fashion."
"I keep submitting a request for more flexible reporting. I'd like to create custom reports in my own way, rather than just combining the pre-defined modules."
"The technical support could be improved. When you create a ticket, the responsiveness you'd expect is lacking."
"Its mailbox migration feature needs improvement."
"They should eliminate the tape-out function from the solution."
