Managing and monitoring our global block storage environment and solutions in a single cloud console is only for backup recovery, so we don't use those components. Our solution's AI-driven predictive analytics and performance reporting do not impact our operations, as we have our own AI tool. Regarding disaster recovery, we have found a recovery point objective and a recovery time objective, and store ones provides us with that solution. The solution does not enable me to move workloads from on-premise to the cloud and back, as we don't use those services. The solution does not enable the line of business or DB admins to self-provision storage.

The features of HPE Alletra Storage MP B10000 that I appreciate the most are availability for the company. These features benefit my organization because uptime is better for the company. Managing and monitoring my global block storage environment from the solution's single cloud console is very simple for me as the administrator. It is simple since it is very easy to create hosts. The ability to scale capacity and performance independently makes for very easy operation. The solution has helped us lower costs. It's helped us reduce time spent on capacity planning. Regarding DR, the RPO and RTOs are very good. It's very important for the company to be able to recover our data easily. It's flexible. The time to recovery becomes very fast. The administration is very straightforward. The uptime has been good.

Moving to a consumption model is highly desirable from the client side. everyone seems to be moving in that direction. It provides a cloud-like experience on-prem. It simplified it for the most part. When you look at a lot of the storage and historically how it's been done, you're doing a lot of forecasting, a lot of business justification, a lot of purchasing of hardware, and oversizing for growth, et cetera. The pay-as-you-go model is a much more simplified way of doing things. And it offers more flexibility. The scale capacity improves and simplifies the experience in terms of growth and performance. A lot of clients I work with have performance requirements. I work heavily in financial and healthcare segments and those need 24/7/365 performance with no downtime. GreenLake helped to reduce our operational expenses.
