2.Primarily worked in Business Service Management projects and focusing on tools like BMC Performance Manager (Patrol), BMC Proactive Net Performance Management (BPPM).
3.Worked on Datacenter Infrastructure Management project using tool Nlyte.
4.Implemented In-House project for Zabbix (open source monitoring tool).
