There is one area for improvement. We have different tools for DPDP and other certifications related to auditing that we cannot configure in Sprinto. This represents only 1% of our concerns, and everything else is excellent.
Sprinto is primarily for auditing, security, and compliance, so I don't have much to add on how it can be improved. It could be more user-friendly. It is user-friendly, but not that much. For a non-user that does not use tools that much, it can be made better.
