Right now, our challenge is that we don't have the support we need, and based on the requirements we have, there are some audits and it turns out that the AppInternals agent is causing false trafficking issues. We could not update the server requirements on the version we have right now, due to the support. It would be great if the solution could offer fixed bundles and more features.

I would like to see an improvement in the investigation. Sometimes one has some issues or something like an error that needs to be investigated to take appropriate action. But I have found a server error that I can't seem to move. I also think the support could be better. They weren't very helpful when I had a problem.

I would like for it to have automated updates, the way the product updates itself should be all automated, as opposed to what it is now.
