Fortinet offers excellent customer service, but memory and CPU management need improvement. Integration with platforms like Azure and AWS could be simplified. Though pricing offers value, a better model is necessary. Enhanced technical support, real-time threat monitoring, and improved DDoS protection are suggested improvements.
