What is our primary use case?

CylancePERSONA is good at observing the activities and behaviours of users. The platform can detect any abnormalities in the behaviour of users who deviate from their normal activities.

What needs improvement?

The visualization on the monitoring side could be improved, and we would like to see this change in an upgraded version.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using CylancePERSONA for less than a year.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The current version is okay in terms of stability, and we have not encountered any issues.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is scalable, and some of our customers want to expand the number of devices for demo purposes. We can easily expand this solution by adding an additional agent and enrolling them in the cloud-managed solution. It is also easy to maintain.

How are customer service and support?

The technical support needs to be improved. The response time is not the best, and our customers have specifically told us they want faster response times to request tickets.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was very straightforward.

What was our ROI?

Regarding ROI, most of my customers have not quantified the product's value. They are typical customers who want to be protected, so I can't tell if they get the value they want.

I think there is an ROI. For example, if some of my customers assess how expensive it is to replace a compromised laptop with a new one, they decide to reformat the PC. So if they view costs from that perspective, it's expensive. So technically, they are getting ROI from CylancePERSONA.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Licensing is based on the number of users, so it's simple and straightforward. However, the pricing is very subjective to the customer. If I were to rate the price, it would be a six out of ten for some customers and ten out of ten for others.

What other advice do I have?

I rate this product an eight out of ten.

I recommend trying the product out first to see if an AI-based solution benefits them. It is a great technology.
