Customizable features and seamless setup enhance security training
In my opinion, some of the most valuable features of Proofpoint's ZenGuide include the customization, allowing us to add our own branding and themes to the automated emails that are sent, as well as the training. The phishing simulations, from what I've seen so far, run pretty well. There's a significant amount of campaign options to choose from. I appreciate how customizable they are so that we can fine-tune it to specifically target things related to what we work on. The training content seems comparable based on what I've seen compared to other tools such as KnowBe4. The implementation of Proofpoint's ZenGuide has affected my IT team's workload regarding email security management, but not significantly. Most of these features seem fairly automated and easy to set up. For example, setting up a phishing campaign doesn't take too long, so it hasn't affected us substantially.

Clear instructions and effective learning with room for market reach and language expansion
Regarding areas of Skillsoft that I would like to see improved or enhanced in the future, the platform is already very good and nice. If Skillsoft is launching its platform worldwide, they should be language specific. While I can understand English, if someone does not understand it, they should have tutors for their regions as well, so they can develop more certification programs in languages understood by the majority of people. I rate it a seven because they are missing two points: they do not have much market reach, and it should be more convenient in local languages of nations as they are approaching the worldwide area. Similar to how Netflix has multiple channel swapping options, if Skillsoft is training worldwide, they need to have the option for language selection.

"I would definitely recommend Proofpoint's ZenGuide to others, as I think the branding and the ability to add your own branding on all different avenues, through the email communications, training, simulations, and everything, is probably the biggest advantage I've seen so far."
"Most valuable is the SSO integration with our AD, so the users can employ our federation service to log in."
"The course has given me tools and key points which help me stay focused during boring tasks, from daily job deadlines, I have to complete work in the given time framework, take small breaks between jobs, and reward and motivate myself with whatever I enjoy most so that I can complete tasks by the deadline."

"Skillsoft provides an extensive content library, personalized learning path, and blended learning support; additionally, it provides mobile accessibility so users can access it directly from their mobile whenever they have time, and robust analytics is also available, providing good reporting on the analytics side, such as how users are performing and how they are getting grades, which is very helpful for year-end performance assessments of the end user."
"The platform is user-friendly and very easy to use; we don't need any training or coaching to use the platform, and by nature, it's easy to navigate through it."
