Pros
"Technical support from SAP is great.""I believe the solution is very stable.""As a business technology platform, it is a flexible platform. It enables the customer to do faster integrations, and the solution's functioning requires low cost.""SAP Business One on AWS has good documentation and has many services in the cloud.""The top-level view and easy navigation to individual transaction levels are beautifully done in SAP Business One.""Stability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.""The most valuable feature is the ability to access it from anywhere.""The initial setup is manageable."

"It is good in data analytics and helps in data analytics.""Managing the server and taking advantage of the services provided by SAP itself is the most valuable feature.""With the newer update, there are more funnels as well as ample opportunity to customize the solution. With the SAP Optimizer, companies are using about five to ten percent of the product as-is while the other ninety to ninety five percent is customized to automate and standardize processes.""The guidance SAP offers for implementing the product is clear and the online resources are great.""I like the SAP offerings and the standard best practices included in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud version.""Both standard and customized integrations work well with no issues.""Performs well and can be used with a wide range of devices.""The solution links everything and allows us to integrate into our entire supply chain."

Cons
"SAP Business One on AWS could improve by adding more functionality to the web client.""There is some room for improvement with the scalability and the pricing of the product.""Not a ten because it's not software for a structured company or something very big. That is my impression.""SAP Business One on AWS could improve by having more customization and more user-friendly automation.""The browser access needs to improve, as everybody in the industry knows how limited it is.""The solution has a feature that shows you the purchase order that you put on a project and requires you to approve it to be applied to the project, but it doesn't let you move the purchase order to another project. That would be a great feature to have, because if you don't approve it, you have to delete everything and make it again.""I would like to achieve better integration with AWS so that it becomes more interconnected with the SAP system.""The reporting can be improved. Also, it is an expensive solution, and you need consultants for new interfaces as it's very rigid otherwise."

"The solution’s reporting could be improved.""SAP S/4HANA Cloud's customization can be improved.""I'd like to share my experience during the migration from SAP ERP to SAP S/4HANA in the cloud. My primary challenge in this migration was the requirement to open a ticket for every request during the project phase, not during operational or post go-live phases. Despite this, I must acknowledge that overall, SAP has proven to be very reliable. To clarify the issue, after migrating to SAP S/4HANA, I opted to host my SAP solution on the private cloud by converting the license to SAP Cloud. The drawback I encountered during the project phase was the insistence on opening a ticket or service request for any issue or query I had within the project's activities. Looking ahead, I hope that SAP streamlines and simplifies this process for future customers, making it more user-friendly and efficient than my experience.""The product can be improved by including a module for after-sales service modules.""The implementation time for S/4HANA Cloud could be reduced.""There have been some pain points in moving from SAP to S/4HANA, but the company seems to be staying on top of those issues.""UX design is not flexible and lacks compatibility with mobile devices.""Public cloud is single-tenant so there are limitations on what can be customized."

  • "The pricing is competitive with other products at that level in that category."
  • "I feel the solution is expensive when it comes to what can be obtained with open source software."
  • "This is a pricey solution that best serves large enterprises. Be sure to ensure that your company's requirements need to be fulfilled by SAP. There are many other ERP's that are cheaper yet highly functional. However, it is still cheaper than some of the competition (i.e. Oracle, ESD, etc.)"
  • "I don't remember the specifics about the licensing, but it's scaled and modular. You pay for what you use. It's not a one-size-fits-all license. You have a license for every single module. It's similar to Oracle."
  • "The licensing process for SAP S/4HANA Cloud has worked well."
  • "It's very expensive."
  • "Pricing wise, SAP S4HANA Cloud is very expensive. The licensing cost can be 100,000 euros per year, depending on the number of users in your company."
  • "S/4HANA is an enterprise solution that many can't afford. You must invest a lot to get the most out of it. It isn't cheap. I rate the price seven out of 10."
