The CREM feature is an absolutely essential feature that helps us meet security requirements
Since we started using Trend Vision One, we've been able to enhance our security posture significantly. Trend Vision One has improved significantly over time in providing centralized visibility and control. It started as a set of individual products, but now it feels like one integrated solution. This reduces the need for interfaces or multiple analysis tools. That's why we pursued the one-platform strategy. Trend Vision One has definitely helped consolidate our use of security vendors. We previously used standalone products for endpoint and email protection that weren't integrated. Now, we get the benefits of an integrated solution. I'd estimate we're 50–70% better in security now than we were two years ago. The Cyber Risk Exposure Management (CREM)feature is absolutely essential. Even though we're not critical infrastructure, the NIS2 directive gives us security guidelines. CREM helps us meet these requirements. It is very important to our organization that Trend Vision One integrates AI into the platform. Pattern recognition in forensic data is no longer manageable by humans due to the volume of events. Machine learning is essential to process these and filter what needs human attention. Trend Vision One has improved our organization significantly. Security tasks used to be manual. Now, technology prevents issues or supports staff in detecting them. This shift from manual to technical solutions greatly increased our security. Trend Vision One has reduced the time we spend detecting and responding to threats. I'd say we're 80% faster than before. The platform gives us consolidated data upfront, so we don't have to search for event clues manually. Trend Vision One has helped reduce false alarms. I'd estimate a 50–60% time saving. We have more alerts now than years ago, but also better systems to handle them, making the whole process more efficient. Trend Vision One has helped reduce our cyber risk overall. We now know where gaps are before they become problems, whereas in the past we had to guess. That's a massive improvement. When it comes to operations, the CREM solution helps us identify vulnerabilities in systems. If we patch them, they disappear from the reports—this gives us actionable insights, which is incredibly helpful. It took about half a year to realize the benefits of Trend Vision One after implementation.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The most valuable aspects of Resecurity are its brand protection and threat intelligence features, which have a great impact on the client side."
"The proactive approach is the best feature."
"It is so helpful to have something that pulls all the data into one visual representation of the events."
"Trend Vision One has reduced the time we spend detecting and responding to threats; I'd say we're 80% faster than before."
"Its detection rate is valuable. It is really an easy product to install and manage. It is quite effective at what it does, and if needed, it can also be co-managed, which means 24 hours and seven days a week monitoring through a SOC."
"I like Vision One's observed attack techniques feature. It lets you see what an attacker is doing, how they have tried to exploit a machine, or how malicious code is operating. It helps us discover indicators of compromise so we can write better rules for detection."
"We had previously deployed on-premises, and all we had to do was access the designated console and click a button to migrate all on-premises agents to cloud agents."
"The setup is fairly simple."
"I like that it is a comprehensive security solution with a lot of features. You can say XDR is an end-to-end security solution with endpoint security. It includes all your servers, networks, and other devices. The endpoint security solution does not cover this. Plus, machine learning and features like that are the main things in XDR solutions."

Cons

"Resecurity needs to enhance its presence in the Asian market, including Pakistan, India, and the Philippines."
"I would like to have the capability to export the information we receive from the XDR into Microsoft Excel."
"The reports lack detail and customization options, particularly for XDR, which hinders our ability to provide tailored reports to clients."
"Vision One's functional capabilities are excellent, but the platform can be upgraded and simplified in many ways. We use multiple playbooks to automate many things, but I'm not sure there are mature cybersecurity applications. There are several external alerts, and their behavior changes daily, so I'm not sure automation can help you that much. We're using the playbooks, but it might require some improvement."
"I would like Trend Vision One to incorporate more AI."
"They are planning on adding the Security Playbooks as a complete feature. In the preview mode, it is available; however, it is not released."
"Having more variables within the playbook would be useful. It would allow us to have more refined playbooks for the business. It would allow us to take stronger action through a playbook. It will give us confidence to target a particular area of business where our risk tolerance might be higher or lower. We would like to have more granular playbooks."
"The automation capabilities on-premises could be improved, as we currently have to manually activate servers and push policies."
"For XDR threat investigation, there is not enough documentation about how to search for different keywords. The documentation for keywords used in attack techniques is lacking, making it difficult to understand certain aspects."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"It is very good. The flexibility to temporarily exceed license limits when setting up new devices is helpful, as it allows us to ensure security before purchasing additional licenses."
"Trend Vision One is an expensive product."
"It is costly. It is not that affordable for a small organization. Only big organizations can afford it. It is a new feature that has been added, so its price is fair. Its licensing is probably subscription-based. It is for one or two years."
"The pricing is fair and not on the higher side."
"I find it to be a cost-efficient platform."
"The solution is fairly priced."
"It is definitely not cheap. I do believe you get what you pay for to some degree. It is cost-effective."
"The pricing is competitive, and the cost aligns with the features we receive."
