We performed a comparison between Kaspersky Security Awareness and Proofpoint Email Protection based on real PeerSpot user reviews.
Find out what your peers are saying about KnowBe4, Proofpoint, Sophos and others in Security Awareness Training."The nice thing about it is, if you want to try it, there is a POC available, so you can have a proof of concept."
"The Kaspersky Awareness program supports the Arabic language, which is one of the good points."
"The archive feature is valuable."
"The solution scales quite well."
"Proofpoint Email Protection is the best solution from the perspective of email security."
"Its main defense is to stop malicious emails from coming through. There is a sandbox environment where you can open malicious or suspicious emails to make sure that they're not malicious, instead of taking the risk of having your employees do it. This is definitely something that everybody needs nowadays, especially with the rise in cyber attacks."
"The most valuable feature of Proofpoint Email Protection is the TAP Dashboard. It provides more detailed information that can be used for forensic analysis. This is an advantage that other email security providers, such as Cisco, IronPort, or Microsoft do not offer in their dashboards."
"Proofpoint Email Protection's initial installation is straightforward. It took us less than a day to complete the implementation."
"The stability is very good."
"The solution's technical support is good. I rate the technical support a ten out of ten."
"There should be more of a drive from their side to promote the product."
"Proofpoint Email Protection is an expensive solution."
"The incident reporting on offer needs to be improved. It's lacking right now. It should be on the platform somewhere."
"It has too many screens. It is kind of a conglomeration of products. In other words, they built product A, product B, and product C, and they are yet to integrate them into a single administrative console. I would certainly like to see a more seamless administrative interface. I would also like to see them include more bang for the buck, by including features like email fraud protection, rather than making their product so piecemeal, where you are buying little pieces. I agree with the idea of having multiple tiers or layers, but maybe as small, medium, and large, as opposed to an a la carte menu."
"The stability and UI are the two areas of the solution with certain shortcomings that need improvement."
"The flexibility of the solution can be improved."
"Proofpoint Email Protection could improve by reducing the price."
"Integration for reporting needs to be improved, it's too complex."
"I would want better spear phishing protection in the essentials package."
