A good solution that can be used for storage, but its performance, configuration, and pricing could be improved
We use IBM Storage Insights for storage and management The most valuable features of IBM Storage Insights are the server and storage. The solution's performance, configuration, and pricing could be improved. I have been using IBM Storage Insights for four to five years. The solution's…

Unified control plane has simplified hybrid data management and has automated workflow orchestration
In terms of areas where NetApp BlueXP can be improved, I focus on privacy and governance. What I mean by this is that personally sensitive information in the interface needs to be encrypted, which is called privacy. As per the governance policy, that is for data security governance policy, it also needs to have a specific policy on how this data has been categorized. If I had the opportunity to add a feature or function to NetApp BlueXP, I would ensure that privacy and governance are taken care of properly.

"It has improved our disaster recovery."
"NetApp BlueXP makes it easier to deliver products and manage inventory."
"If your use case involves backing up data from the cloud or transitioning data from on-prem to cloud or between multiple or hybrid clouds, NetApp BlueXP is a very good tool."
"The most valuable feature is the ability to view all our different systems in one place. That's the most important feature for us."
"NetApp BlueXP ensures my data management by storage, mobility, protection, analysis, and control, so discovering, deployment, and managing storage are all of the real strong features for it."

Cons

"The solution's performance, configuration, and pricing could be improved."
"The VMware capabilities can be improved."
"I chose eight out of ten because the UI is slow sometimes, and the initial configuration is a bit complex."
"The tool needs to make its licensing pages more user-friendly."
"It's a very expensive product."
"NetApp BlueXP is powerful but can feel dense; what could be improved are more guided workflows, such as 'set up backup for this workload' or 'optimize storage cost in three steps.'"
"It is not easy to integrate with Google because if we have some problems, we must talk with Google and NetApp support."
"Performance could be a little better. In my opinion, it's a bit slow. If you click on something, it takes a while for the data to load."
"In terms of areas where NetApp BlueXP can be improved, I focus on privacy and governance."
