Alerts and notifications have enhanced malware detection capabilities
These features are probably the most essential for me. I find the notifications and alerts received from CrowdStrike server to be invaluable. They analyze Falcon and provide output regarding any kind of infected malware devices or files. We have seen returns on our investment in more than thousands of instances, which is the most important part for us.

Pros

"The ease of use not only translates to quick adoption rates - it also ensures that our employees remain compliant with our cybersecurity protocols, enhancing the overall security posture of our organization."
"Perimeter 81 is very pretty."
"It's improved the security of every single OS in the organization as well as the visibility and security capabilities."
"The solution provides high performance along with ATP prevention, policy management, remote activity, and IoT support."
"The product's initial setup phase is very simple."
"Overall, the unified agent covers endpoints as well as prevents web browser attacks."
"I rate the overall product as ten out of ten."
"While the higher cost and complexity may pose challenges for smaller companies without extensive IT resources, the value provided by Check Point's advanced capabilities and excellent 24/7 support justifies the investment. Overall, it is highly recommended that insurance firms prioritize data security and regulatory compliance, especially medium to large companies with the resources to manage and fully utilize its features."
"I don't have any suggestions, because the solution is company-maintained and I believe the company is adopting every feature based on their needs and requirements."
"We have seen returns on our investment in more than thousands of instances, which is the most important part for us."
"I find the notifications and alerts received from CrowdStrike server to be invaluable."
"CrowdStrike is an excellent tool for managing all endpoint-related security tasks."
"The tool helps to obtain information about potential company breaches. The malware analysis capability is very effective. We check files from various sources, such as emails, USBs, and cloud drives."
"CrowdStrike is an excellent tool for managing all endpoint-related security tasks."
"On a scale of 1-10, I rate CrowdStrike Falcon Sandbox a 10 out of 10."
"The most valuable features include malware detection, threat rating related to files, studying the metadata of the files, and providing threat feeds to the endpoint."

Cons

"As it is a new market solution, I still face some instabilities in access at certain times of the day when I have more than 150 users using it simultaneously."
"The complex initial setup phase of the product is an area that can be improved"
"Providing USB control in a Linux environment will give more control over data security."
"The platform still lacks relevant dashboards and the ability to customize them based on our needs."
"Offering in-app explanations detailing what each feature does, its benefits and potential use cases can help users better understand and utilize the tool to its full potential."
"If I were to be nitpicky, I would ask that Perimeter 81 offer the option for us to change the color of the graphical user interface, like maybe pink or green or so on."
"The tool could be more user-friendly."
"I would suggest adding more networking and security features that allow more customization within their platform."
"One of the valuable features of the solution is to impressively detect threats without any impact on the end point performance. The solution ensures that the end users have a seamless experience."
"The technical support is medium - they could improve, as communication is sometimes slow or late. There are missing detections that other tools catch. For improvements, we need easier ways to view full incident information and better presentation of data. Adding risk indicators for incidents would help decide on immediate actions. The platform should provide more information about incident risks to help less knowledgeable staff make decisions."
"While CrowdStrike is a powerful tool, the user interface is cluttered with many features, making it challenging to navigate."
"As of now, there is nothing specific in need of improvement."
"The detailed report is very valuable, but not always accurate. This is a great resource to share amongst team members and stakeholders after analysis."
"The CrowdStrike support is not good; the support team does not come remotely, and we repeatedly ask them to collect logs and analyze them before providing a solution via email."
"While CrowdStrike is a powerful tool, the user interface is cluttered with many features, making it challenging to navigate."
"The product needs integration with SOAR products to add more integration points, which is important for various clients."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Regarding pricing, I can say that the more the number of users, the less they have to pay."
"I would rate Harmony Connect's pricing at six out of ten. It wasn't particularly expensive, but it wasn't super cheap either."
"The cost of the solution's licenses depends on the particular use cases."
"Annual licenses cost $30 to $40 each."
"The pricing of Check Point is relatively high when compared to other competitors like Palo Alto and Fortinet. While Palo Alto may be on the higher side in terms of cost, Check Point's pricing is similar to that of Fortinet. In some cases, Check Point offers better value for the features it provides. We initially considered other options but ultimately decided to purchase hardware that came with three years of iOS. This approach eliminated the need for any additional costs associated with Check Point. I would rate it 10 out of 10."
"The solution is priced appropriately considering its uses. For an essential license, a user pays only 30 USD per month. For an enterprise version, the prices can be negotiated with the company."
"Overall I am very happy with the solution’s flexibility and pricing."
"I consider the product to be a medium-priced solution. There are no additional costs attached to the tool."
"CrowdStrike Falcon Sandbox is not cheap; however, whether it should be more affordable is a decision best left to the company."
"Price-wise, the tool is a bit above mid-range, maybe 7 out of 10, where 10 is the most expensive."
