"The support provided by Bitrix24 is an area with shortcomings that needs improvement.""I would like to see improvements with Bitrix24's marketing automation.""Our financial department does not use Bitrix24 because it's not good for the sort of work they do. So, once we create an invoice in Bitrix24, we sent it to the client and the financial department and they enter it separately into their system.
