The pricing of the JSCAPE MFT server seems higher considering some smaller businesses with a limited amount of budgets. To make it easier, the admin log and reporting system should be improved. I would appreciate it if the help and support team could more actively assist the users to resolve their Issues. Providing initial guidance would help new users to understand the UI.
