What advice do you have for others considering AgilePoint?

If you were talking to someone whose organization is considering AgilePoint, what would you say?

How would you rate it and why? Any other tips or advice?

I would tell new users that it's easy to use, but they need to think about data management and data evolution. It should be their main focus. On a scale from one to ten, I would give AgilePoint an eight.

Our clients are typically enterprise-level organizations and governments. I'd advise other companies to ask for a trial version and play with it in the cloud before purchasing the solution. The solution takes the relation to the workflow very seriously. For any standards of workflow processes, they have it built-in. Everything is very, very logical, and very smart. It's a great solution. I'd rate the solution eight out of ten. Overall, it's a great product.

Before deciding to implement any BPM solution, start designing the processes. Knowing what functions you want to manage is important for choosing and implementing the solution. I would rate it an eight out ten.

I believe the pricing has changed recently. We had purchased one license per server, and it was about $2,000. It was a one-time payment. It's possible that they have recently implemented a new cost structure and now have yearly subscriptions. In the past, for each module, for example, the forms module, companies needed to pay more.

I think the price is reasonable.

One of the most popular comparisons on IT Central Station is Bonita vs Camunda BPM. One user says about Bonita,"I have solved a lot of Banking problems using Bonita BPM, from customer hiring to credit evaluation" Another user says about Camunda BPM, " We have the ability to modify the product if we need to, and that comes in handy whenever we need to add new functionality and features" In yo...

With Bonita you can not only develop the process but you can also design better interfaces. In Camunda, the user interfaces are very basic and do not allow much customization.
