PROS

Portnox saves significant time and employee resources by providing a large-scale view of networks and ensuring system compliance.
It enhances network security and visibility within zero-trust architecture while being easy to manage and troubleshoot.
Portnox offers powerful reporting and policy enforcement features, helping manage rogue devices and integrating well with existing directory services.
Its cloud-based feature enables seamless integration with network infrastructure and provides excellent data insights.
Portnox is highly recommended for its conservative pricing, ease of setup, and overall value for money.

CONS

Portnox has stability issues with frequent glitches and unclear settings.
Support is limited during Asia Pacific hours, and improvement in support for various network devices and unmanaged switches is needed.
Portnox CORE and Portnox CLEAR integration is lacking, causing operational inefficiencies.
There is room for improvement in integration with firewalls, increased vendor compatibility, and improved Wi-Fi integration.
Licensing based on a per-port price could be reconsidered for better pricing efficiency.

Portnox CORE can improve on support for unmanaged switches (or hubs) and other brands of network devices. These kinds of devices are still in use in organisations, especially SMEs who cannot afford to buy a managed switch.

The integration between Portnox CORE and Portnox CLEAR can be better. These are two different systems, and there is no unique console for both devices. Portnox CORE is agentless, whereas Portnox CLEAR is not agentless.
