My experience with Nutanix's technical support is excellent.
Nutanix Kubernetes Engine NKE offers excellent technical support and seamless integration with existing infrastructure, providing ten out of ten scalability and efficient cluster creation. Embedded in the hypervisor, it ensures ease of management and eliminates deployment costs. However, it lacks automatic dynamic scaling, requires additional nodes for improved availability, and misses backup for production clusters. Interoperability issues surface during migrations from VMware to Nutanix, needing improvements in virtualization capabilities related to disk systems.
