Automation has transformed project and inventory workflows and improves revenue forecasting
The best features QuickBase offers include being a no-code software, meaning it is very easy to use even for new users. It also provides life cycle management, workflow management, and dashboards. The dashboards and workflow management help my team significantly, as they have a drag-and-drop interface and prebuilt templates, which play a pivotal role in creating custom applications. Those features also help provide the ability to manage the entire application life cycle with QuickBase easily. Integration has been very seamless with our overall IT stack. The user interface is very user-friendly and intuitive, which makes it very easy to use, together with the no-code aspect. Any kind of personnel can use this tool easily.

Cons

"Stability is constantly changing. Often times when we call with a large problem, we are redirected to "Trinity," Intuit's consulting and development group, who will then ask us to let them build the app for $XX rate."
"Whenever we do onboarding, or we get new employees, there tends to be a delay of not just a week but a couple of weeks, and sometimes even a few weeks of being able to see certain new employees in the system."
"The only thing I could complain about from QuickBase is when trying to piece together some complicated functionality into their software, it can sometimes be hard to review and troubleshoot issue with this and locate the problem areas."
"Unavailability of the support site in case of issues or site down leads to a bad user experience; this has happened recently which added to distrust."
"Unfortunately, there is still no new report formatting available natively, and would still require 3rd party developers to help with that."
"Mobile experience isn't great, but there is a new version that is supposed to be coming out at some point in the next year."
"Report size needs to be extended."
"The product needs improvement on the performance side especially when the data tends to grow more than 2000 records in a table."
"The reports for users. The reports with more details; we have to generate them by the database."
"Yes, for email notification but it could also be with company network."
"This solution needs to be more customizable."

"It is probably about 300 per license per person. There is just the licensing cost. There are no additional costs."
