It provides features like vulnerability context, enhancing network security management. ManageEngine Firewall Analyzer is recognized for its user-friendly interface, automated compliance reports, and effective firewall compliance management.
Room for Improvement: Skybox can improve its web interface and automation, as users find configuration complex. Better device support and enhanced alerting are areas for ManageEngine to improve. Skybox's complexity is challenging for some users, while ManageEngine's limitations are in advanced reporting and integration capabilities.
Ease of Deployment and Customer Service: Skybox offers flexible deployment options suitable for varied enterprise infrastructures with mixed reviews in technical support. ManageEngine provides simple on-premises and public cloud setups preferred by small to medium businesses and generally satisfactory customer support.

The technical support for ManageEngine is very good
A significant issue was contacting support after hours on the weekends.
When someone changes the configuration or running config in the network conflict manager, it sends alerts to my email.
One issue I faced with scalability was the transition from Skybox Security Suite's 6500 platform to the 7500 series due to licensing costs becoming prohibitive.
The lack of continued support and problematic licensing costs were also areas needing improvement.
Only the licensing part of Skybox had an edge. We were not renewing the licenses of Skybox every year, but in the case of other tools, we would have to renew if we wanted to use those tools.
It would be better if something more attractive or similar useful information found in AlgoSec was available.
From a commercial perspective, AlgoSec is more expensive compared to Skybox Security Suite.
The pricing became prohibitive when transitioning between the 6500 and 7500 series models.
The strong points of ManageEngine Firewall Analyzer are many, but I think my favorite feature focuses on the VPN traffic.
The tool successfully helped in preventing vulnerabilities and breaches.
Skybox Security Suite's network modeling and path analysis is a good feature when we need to check regarding the connectivity.
The most helpful feature is the firewall analyzer.
