Effective service consolidation, new features frequent added, and beneficial centralized management

My advice to others would be IBM Master Data Management on Cloud should be considered as one of the solutions in comparison with other cloud providers in that area. Compare other solutions, such as Azure or AWS Endure data management. Based on some of the projects that we have had most customers have been extremely satisfied, I rate IBM Master Data Management on Cloud a nine out of ten.

A master data management tool with easy setup and support

Reltio has two main aspects: one is handled by developers and architects, and Reltio manages the other. Developers and architects are responsible for configuration, developing requirements, and working on the implementation. There are default limitations and considerations. For instance, Reltio can store a maximum of 200 values for a single attribute. If your data exceeds this limit, you can request Reltio support to increase the limit. However, be aware that increasing this limit may impact performance, potentially slowing down data loading times. In cases where attribute values or record counts exceed the standard limits (e.g., more than 20 million records), Reltio support can add additional resources to your tenant. This usually involves extra costs, but it ensures the system remains efficient and scalable. As a developer or architect, you don’t need to manage this process; Reltio support handles scalability and resource allocation.

A good master data management solution that gives complete functionality control to the user, but lacks in community support resources

We would like to see the community an documentation for this solution be developed. At present there is very little tutorial documentation available, and limited community support for issues with the product. We would also like to see support added for the mobile MDM, so that the solution can be integrated with handheld and IOS devices.

Firstly, the API capability needs to be enhanced, as when utilizing the REST API and posting a significant amount of data, there are multiple rejections from the MDM side. This can be due to the MDM server not responding or being unable to process the request. Therefore, I suggest that the API capacity should be increased to handle larger amounts of data. Additionally, I have noticed that the response time from the servers can take up to a minute or a few seconds, which can be improved for a faster response time."

"Sometimes, the service goes down for maintenance or when we run a lot of jobs so things get pushed to the queue and results don't get delivered on time."
