Automation Anywhere has evolved significantly and upgraded itself to provide agentic AI and AI-based automation solutions for document automation. The product has matured considerably over time. We can create workflows that can call an API. We can include prompts in particular workflows for ChatGPT-related functions, connecting to an LLM and RAG to perform tasks. For document automation, modern features are available to train documents, ensuring high accuracy and repeatability over time. The system is very easy to use. I recently completed a course in document automation, typically designed for people involved in coding and technical aspects. Though I understand coding comprehensively, I don't do actual coding. The course was very accessible. Currently, extensive coding isn't necessary due to the hybrid model incorporating GenAI aspects, low-code, no-code capabilities, APIs, and numerous pre-built objects in Automation Anywhere. The features include GenAI-driven prompting methods and workflow creation capabilities. In these workflows, we can create decision boxes and call APIs without coding. We simply pull objects, drop them, connect them, and add minimal coding when needed. The most crucial aspect isn't coding but rather sizing the automation and fleshing out the details. Automation Co-pilot takes notes and performs automated analysis. It can extract details from videos, summarize conversations, and provide detailed information. During calls, it identifies instructions and performs tasks such as preparing reports and reconciliation. Automation Anywhere can also connect with Microsoft Co-pilot. Through Co-pilot, real-time operations can be executed, allowing direct interaction between vendors and automation through this component.

We tested HyperScience on structured formats of the forms, and it worked really well. We tested it with semi-structured formats, and it worked well. We also tested creating a new form that does not have any format. HyperScience has less capability while working on unstructured forms. Unstructured forms are those where there is no standard structure and the information can be anywhere on the form. They need to develop this capability. Such a capability would make it a perfect system for processes like data entry, accounts tables, etc. Secondly, before putting the actual volume in the tool, I believe that we have to create a manual form every time. If the procedure of creating the forms can be shortened or automated, it would help. It would reduce the manual effort of creating a form every time you start working on it. There should be an automated form creation system that does not require any manual intervention. Whenever a new form comes, the system should be able to create a dummy form for that. That will help.

Valuable connectivity and coherent solutions simplify maintenance but require cost adjustments for industry-based needs

There are areas of improvement, especially in having industry-based solutions that we could easily tap on. It would help reduce the time spent on feeding information and creating outputs. More flexibility and specific models for specific purposes would be beneficial. Additionally, pricing is a concern as IQ Bot is considered costly.

I was seeing some issues while trying to, for example, send some PDF to an IQ Bot processor and get a response for that process. So, there is a problem with integrating the conventional task automation and IQ Bot in version 11. In contrast, version 2019 already has the integration feature, and we can easily integrate two components. There are some features that must be there in version 11 but are currently missing. There is no total control over some features in IQ Bot. Some variables cannot be parametrized when using IQ Bot directly. The AI features that IQ Bot has must be more open to being parameterized by the user. It would be good if Automation Anywhere exposed some parameters so that I can adjust them as a customer. This is an improvement that Automation Anywhere can do. I would like to see some features related to deep learning in the next releases of IQ Bot. These will be some interesting features to see."
