Has helped me create clean and structured process maps with a simple setup experience
I have not explored ways Bizagi can be improved beyond creating maps. If I explore automation and integration with other processes, then I may be able to identify potential areas for improvement. I would appreciate additional features for the free version. Currently, the elements in a process map are limited to activities, decisions, flows, and start/end points. The decision map could be improved to allow more than three options at a decision point.

Seamless automation for workflows, customizable and UI friendly
I would rate the stability a seven out of ten because other tools in the market have extra capabilities that BizFlow doesn't have yet. They have some built-in capabilities and AI features, and everyone is thinking about how to implement AI in their area. I haven't seen any updates from BizFlow on this, but they might plan to implement it soon. However, we don't have this capability right now. This could be one reason why people might move from BizFlow to another tool. For example, with Nintex, we can integrate Google Cloud and achieve some functionality from Google Cloud as well. IBM also introduced some free tests in their DPM services with AI. These are good things in the market right now.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"This solution is easy to use and it is a good tool for process modeling."
"Very, very stable."
"I like the integration part, and I also like how they use the database, such as the data when they implement all the data side, and how you can easily integrate it with their widgets."
"Bizagi is flexible, I can share things with other consultants because it is the most commonly used software in my community, and it has been a great and good resource for us in making sure that we adhere to the process."
"The main feature of Bizagi is the speed to which we can automate processes and how we can modify them without a strong impact on the end users."
"My primary use case of this solution is process optimization."
"The most beneficial features of Bizagi for our business processes are its seamless connectivity between process elements and its ability to automate tasks and perform simulations."
"Bizagi reduced our time to market; we developed the solution in a few months, and then we were ready to execute processes."
"There are so many advantages. First things, like we have a seamless automation capability available here in BizFlow. Totally customizable, UI we can create, and the third-party integration is also achievable. Not with the in-built functionality, but with custom code and all, we can achieve that thing also."
"Overall, BizFlow has provided seamless integration of Human-Centric and Integration-Centric BPM capabilities to enable efficient use of Personnel resources while automating data-driven activities via web service interactions."
"Working with BizFlow (the company) has been an equal pleasure."

Cons

"There could be more documentation."
"The solution needs to make it easier to use RPA products on it; they may need an RPA-specific interface."
"They should improve the migration process between major versions, from version 9 to 10, we had to redo our implementation."
"For the small business, this is very bad because it is still fragmented. The licensing policy should be more flexible and small company oriented. In micro-small companies, there should only be one or two. That's not the problem. Maybe it is too flexible, there are so many pieces that you need to put together. When you have a small business, it can be a little complicated, not so easy."
"When you start working with information modeling, et cetera, here is no really good solution for the data modeling and information modeling."
"If they add a few more capabilities like AIML and DocGen AI, these features would be good."
"The solution has issues when it comes to exporting in formats other than PDF, and it's difficult sometimes to connect with a solution like Visio."
"Sending emails for a role, import from AD and the creation of areas per profiles are features that need improvement."
"Nintex provided an in-built functionality. Like integration-related things, so many service types are available. You just have to configure it. So, such kinds of things decrease the timing of development. So, it is missing in Bizflow."
"I suggest BizFlow continue to invest in JDK 64 bit and Siteminder integration for single sign on."
"I suggest BizFlow create look up functionality to add and cache reusable form data (e.g., static drop down data) as it is required in almost every software application."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"I think that its price is reasonable."
"Some solutions are completely free. One would be the business process diagramming tool, the server beneath it, and the automation tool. You don't need to pay to map the business process, but you would need to when you want to execute any of the commands. So, basically, they lure you in with a free ride, and when you want to scale the solution, you'll have to pay for it."
"It has a very high price. Many clients complain about the price for maintaining the application on Bizagi."
"I'm trying the free unlimited version with unlimited use. But you have to pay to add some features."
"The pricing model is good; I believe it's free for up to 20 users, and then they start charging. I hear the solution can get quite expensive, however."
"The paid version costs us about $20,000 for 100 users annually."
"From what I know of the market, I think Bizagi is a cheap solution for process engineering. Out of the solutions I've tried, from cheapest to most expensive, would be Vizor, Bizagi, Signavio, and then Siemens. I used a version of Bizagi that my university provided for free, so I have never paid for a license."
"This solution would be expensive for a company that has a lot of users."
"Pricing is a main concern for any organization, but some big organizations may find it affordable. For example, in Indian currency, it would be around 1,000 per license for a BizFlow license."
