Facilitates form creation and application planning but lacks performance
We have started exploring those parts. It is in the initial stages and capable of performing simple tasks that are helpful. We are still exploring how it can work with profiles, and other AI features that Microsoft continues to introduce. It provides a basic starting point within its capabilities. Microsoft Power Apps is a perfect tool. Understanding its limitations is crucial to identifying where it best fits within organizational solutions. It excels in scenarios requiring quick turnaround times, offering easy maintenance with minimal technical expertise needed. However, it's not suited for complex enterprise-level solutions. Overall, I rate the solution a seven out of ten.

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"The enterprise-level costs a great deal of money, and you have to purchase additional licenses to scale it."
"It was about $40. There are people that are lower than that, however, they don't give you the features."
"The price for the license could be more cost-effective."
"We use the Office 365 package, and Microsoft PowerApps is a part of the package. We don't pay any separate price for this. There are no additional costs. We just pay for the Office 365 package."
"One of the main things about this solution is the price. The cost for Salesforce is $35, $25, or $10 per user per month. PowerApps costs much less than that. It is at a good price point. It may change in the future, but at this point, its price is pretty fine."
"On a scale from one to ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive, I rate the solution's pricing a six out of ten."
"Microsoft PowerApps is expensive, but there are many features included."
"There are areas of Microsoft PowerApps that can be improved. For example, the license policies are expensive to purchases the premium connectors. If a company would like to use the premium features, they have to pay a lot of money. The Microsoft PowerApps portal could be easier to use when there are a lot of external users because if a company has 1,000 external users, it is too expensive to use the Microsoft PowerApps portal."
