Attribution has enabled precise campaign decisions but pricing and support still need improvement
Pricing is a major area for improvement, as costs rise quickly as our app grows. The pricing becomes significantly expensive as event volume increases, so a clearer or more predictable pricing tier instead of a pure pay-per-event structure would be beneficial. Confusion around billing contracts is an issue, with several users feeling locked in and confused about pricing, charges, and contracts. Support is quite inconsistent, with no dedicated account managers available to resolve queries. Technically and functionally, Appsflyer looks good, but accuracy can sometimes face issues. Some users report inaccurate or inflated metrics that undermine trust, affecting the numbers recorded. We have faced this ourselves. We also experience dashboard issues occasionally, such as when the dashboard gets stuck in a loop and will not allow us to see it quickly during login, generally taking some time or requiring us to load the same page repeatedly. This happens occasionally, but Appsflyer is still a good tool.

Centralized access control has secured sensitive data and supports compliant self-service analytics
Immuta is very helpful, but it can be improved in a few areas. The initial setup and policy design can be complex and require a learning curve. The user interface could be more interactive, especially for non-technical users. Policy troubleshooting and debugging could be easier with better visibility into why access was allowed or denied. Performance optimization and deeper integration with more tools could make it even better. Additional improvements would strengthen Immuta further. The documentation and real-world examples would help teams onboard faster. More out-of-the-box policy templates could reduce setup time. Improved policy simulation and testing would help teams understand the impact of changes before applying them. Stronger alerting and monitoring features would help quickly identify access issues. Finally, more end-user training and simplified workflows would make it easier for business users to adopt.
