The alerts and proactive monitoring need work; I have found it very cumbersome to set up meaningful rules, which has led us to use the tool as a reactive tool instead of a proactive tool.

Charting is cumbersome; inability to do decimal fraction arithmetic in expressions (for alerts), so everything has to be done in % rather than as natural fractions.
