1Password SaaS Manager has a reliable user interface that is easy for new users to onboard. The speed and ease of the onboarding process stand out to me.

1Password SaaS Manager has helped us utilize our resources and optimize our AI applications usage by monitoring how AI applications have been used, the billing process, the usage capacity, and the performance.

Since using 1Password SaaS Manager, it has saved us a lot of cost and improved efficiency. When it comes to mapping AI applications, it helps us to save a lot on real-time data. We usually get real-time data analytics from AI application usage that helps us to save a lot of cost that could be wasted on guesswork and other misuse from our customers.

The initial setup of 1Password SaaS Manager is a bit complex when it comes to setting up because I have to identify the main tools and configure them with the existing infrastructure efficiently.

The cost of 1Password SaaS Manager is also high for less budget-friendly or small teams compared to basic management tools.

I have been using 1Password SaaS Manager for the last one and a half years.

The support has been efficient because when I call them, they usually respond very fast and are reliable. I positively support the customer support team because they have been good to us and helpful when we need them.

1Password SaaS Manager also tracks spending of most of our services and automates onboarding and offboarding of tasks. When we are spending on any project, 1Password SaaS Manager will give us the main plan and the enterprise resource planning breakdown of the entire infrastructure and the cost that we are supposed to cover.

1Password SaaS Manager has AI tracking capabilities that help us monitor team-level AI token usage and spending for tools such as OpenAI and other cloud services. It monitors team-level AI token usage and spending on those AI tools.

The governance and security of 1Password SaaS Manager have been top-notch because when it comes to data, it prevents data from cyber-attacks. It is well-equipped with security features that prevent our data from external leakages that could lead to data compromise. When it comes to governance, we are able to govern our data, monitor, and deploy it where and when we want, freely.

The AI capabilities of 1Password SaaS Manager have been accurate and have really helped us with spending. It helps us track the expenditure of our applications, which has been really useful because we can trade using it and it helps us get accurate data. That data helps us leverage the cost of all our applications such as OpenAI and ChatGPT and their usage capacity on a daily basis accurately. 1Password SaaS Manager provides accurate data.

My advice to any enterprise or entity that is ready to use 1Password SaaS Manager is that it has been reliable in data governance and AI application usage monitoring capacity. 1Password SaaS Manager is reliable and affordable and saves a lot of cost to any enterprise. It has always been accurate when it comes to billing AI application usage in our case, and I totally recommend it. I would rate this product an 8 out of 10.

I primarily use 1Password SaaS Manager for creating super secure and long-winded unique passwords for various work-related platforms.

I utilize 1Password SaaS Manager daily to log into my company's Trinet account, which houses all of my benefits, PTO, and pay information. I use 1Password to autofill my password to the Trinet platform with ease so that I am able to access and utilize all of those company tools that are available to me.

The general use case for 1Password SaaS Manager is primarily password-related, but it does store passwords for a number of different things such as my general Nosto login and my Gmail, allowing me to quickly log into many high-level touch areas due to my use with 1Password.

My favorite feature of 1Password SaaS Manager is that it automatically creates safe and secure passwords so I do not have to think about matching all the characters and fields that are required. I can then automatically save it to my 1Password account so that once the password has been created for me, I can quickly log into these different websites where I am required to enter these specific passwords.

The automatic password generation and autofill of 1Password SaaS Manager has definitely saved me time as it allows me to log into things with ease and also alleviates the headache of having to remember passwords and what password corresponds to what platform. Since everything is stored under 1Password dashboard and I have the extension installed, I do not have to worry about manually entering or trying to remember what is associated with what.

1Password SaaS Manager has positively impacted my organization in that, while I do not necessarily think that productivity varies between user to user just because we are using it to store login information, it has brought peace of mind to the larger IT department in knowing that we are using safe and secure passwords in valuable platforms that might have detailed information. Unfortunately, our IT department does not share particular information regarding reduced security incidents or less time spent on password resets since adopting 1Password SaaS Manager, but I know that as a company, we are all pleased with our general experience with using 1Password.

The one thing I get frustrated about with 1Password SaaS Manager is that sometimes when I am using a password for something that is not stored in 1Password and does not need to be a secure password or is not for a work-related platform, it is hard for me to exit out of the window and bypass it to override its manual suggestion.

I chose a rating of nine out of ten for 1Password SaaS Manager because a little more ease to bypass the suggestion, as I have mentioned, would make it a perfect ten for me. Outside of that, I have no real complaints; it is a great time-saver and quickly and efficiently creates secure passwords.

My main use case for 1Password SaaS Manager is to identify any SaaS applications which are being used by end users which are not SSO integrated.

A quick specific example of how I use it to identify those SaaS applications is that we integrated it with our multiple platforms like Okta, Entra, and Google Workspace because I'm working in MSP. Even though we knew that most of the applications are with SSO, with this tool, we were able to identify that there were specific applications which were not being used with SSO and we were able to identify them.

I found it easy to integrate and our experience has been good so far.

The best features 1Password SaaS Manager offers include integration with our existing IT infrastructure so that we can monitor end-user application usage.

The integration helps my workflow and makes things easier for my team because, as I mentioned earlier, if we ask our end users what application they are using, there's a possibility that they are not sharing a complete picture. By using this application, we are able to identify and look into the applications which are not using standard SSO credentials.

1Password SaaS Manager has positively impacted my organization because we are able to audit end-user application usage, which we were not able to do previously because it's hard to track where credentials are being used.

This auditing has affected my team and organization positively in terms of compliance and security. Our main motive is to make sure that the applications are at least SSO enabled, so it is a security and compliance matter that we were able to identify applications which were not SSO enabled and there was an option to enable that. We are working on that part.

I have no recommendations for how 1Password SaaS Manager can be improved because we are using it only for six months. So far, it seems to be good and I'm not able to say much about that.

My main use case for 1Password SaaS Manager is to store critical credentials for our platform and also to share credentials to third parties.

I can provide you with a specific example of how I use it to store or share credentials in my organization. In some cases, we have distributed servers in different accounts of AWS, and we need to store SSH keys in order to manage all of them. This is one case where we use 1Password to store credentials or keys. Another case is when we have an implementation in the customer environment, and we need to share the initial credentials to start the deployment. In that case, we use 1Password to share securely the credentials. The most important aspect is that the third party does not need to have a 1Password account to get the shared credential.

The best features 1Password SaaS Manager offers include the ability to share passwords and credentials with third parties without needing to have a 1Password account. Third parties do not need to have a 1Password account to receive a shared credential.

This feature has worked out easier for me if I compare it with another solution on the market. Compliance is a key area, as 1Password has helped us with compliance. We are an ISO 27001 certified company, so having 1Password helps us to be compliant with some requirements.

1Password SaaS Manager has impacted my organization positively by reducing the information, having a centralized store of sensitive information, and also providing an easier way to collaborate between departments.

I think the solution is adequate. I do not have any specific feature to improve the solution. I consider that for password managers, 1Password has the most important list of features, and I do not consider having to add anything else.

1Password SaaS Manager is deployed in my organization on the public cloud. We use AWS as our cloud provider. I did not purchase 1Password SaaS Manager through the AWS Marketplace.

1Password SaaS Manager is not integrated with other tools in my organization. I manage user access and permissions within 1Password SaaS Manager using local accounts. In the future, I will integrate it with Entra ID.

I handle onboarding and offboarding of users in 1Password SaaS Manager by having the support and help desk team go through one user at a time, installing and enrolling the user and explaining to them how to use the solution. Currently, we have only twenty-five users.

I handle auditing and reporting in 1Password SaaS Manager by creating the report of the usage and access to the tool to see if we detect anomalies or other concerns.

My overall rating for 1Password SaaS Manager is ten out of ten.

1Password SaaS Manager's main use case for me is to research shadow IT discovery and access governance across my lab and departments because we have various research labs and faculty bringing different cloud tools, so SaaS management actually gives us visibility into applications that IT may not be aware about.

A specific example of when I used 1Password SaaS Manager to discover shadow IT or manage access governance in my lab involves a group of students setting up a cloud-based malware analysis sandbox. Rather than using our central vault, the students under my supervision created a free-tier log management platform and hard-coded an unmonitored API key into the script. I was able to flag this because I was using 1Password SaaS Manager's secret automation and SaaS manager capabilities, catching the unapproved SaaS service before the research could proceed and any telemetry was logged.

One of the best features I appreciate about 1Password SaaS Manager is its ability to address shadow IT, especially in today's environment, as we have different kinds of AI tools that may not have been approved by IT. Understanding that or looking at that across the organization and getting the associated telemetry is always a good idea.

I have been using 1Password SaaS Manager for the past two to three years, having originally adopted it in my department lab to handle infrastructure for our hands-on security courses and research environments, and I also ended up integrating it into my personal home setup.

A quick specific example of how I use it to manage my complex passwords in my day-to-day work is that I will either let Google suggest a password or if it has been hacked, I will go back into 1Password SaaS Manager, change it, and use the recommendation they have there to ensure that I am setting a strong password. The added verification to get into 1Password SaaS Manager makes me feel completely safe to be able to use it. My company does not have a business relationship with this vendor other than being a customer, as I am not a partner or reseller.

I have both the mobile device and the desktop app for 1Password SaaS Manager, so I can use it if I'm logging into an app on my phone or if I'm logging into a website, which I appreciate for the flexibility.

In my opinion, the best features 1Password SaaS Manager offers include the high level of security, as you have a secret key on the desktop and you have to make sure you know the password to log in. There are many checks and balances in place to ensure that you are the only one that can access it, and you can also pick and choose which passwords other people can see that are on your team versus ones that are just for you.

I find the process of setting up team permissions and sharing passwords securely with 1Password SaaS Manager very straightforward. You just add people to the team if they have access, and you can pick and choose which passwords go into the shared vault and which stay private. This is a setting you can configure as soon as you add any new password into your vault.

In the few events where someone has been able to figure out the password and try to hack it, I already had two-factor authentication enabled, so it has protected me. I can go back into 1Password SaaS Manager, change it, update it, and choose a stronger password. I can even see the complexity of the password that was cracked to use a higher complexity for the next version. This experience has significantly impacted my sense of security and my team's workflow, resulting in a big change in peace of mind. I can just change my password and keep going, and I do not have to worry about it.

I am not sure how 1Password SaaS Manager can be improved; I really appreciate it the way it is.

If I could add or change anything regarding the interface, integrations, or notifications for 1Password SaaS Manager, I would suggest perhaps an easier way to remember the main password. If too much time has gone by and my phone logs me out, I never remember the password, so I have to reset it. It would be great if there was a way that is easier to remember it or to potentially give me a chance to log in again to keep it refreshed. I appreciate how 1Password SaaS Manager on the mobile device integrates and automatically adds any new passwords it sees into its vault as you are using it. If there was something similar for that with the initial log-on and the timing out that still kept the security, that would be beneficial.

It creates ease of use instead of everyone having to manually input the passwords, and we also use it as an MFA, such as a one-time password on some websites.

The best features 1Password SaaS Manager offers include the open and fill function, the integration, and the ability for it to recognize login areas within any website and save those credentials automatically. I also appreciate that it has the ability to create vaults, allowing us to create groups of passwords and manage access within our environment.

Out of those features, I find myself relying on ease of implementation the most, as it has had the biggest impact for me and my team.

1Password SaaS Manager has impacted my organization positively by reducing a pain point that we had. Whenever we needed to share passwords with other teams, we previously shared them in plain text, which is not the most secure way of sharing. Now we can have repositories of credentials per team where every time I share a credential in that repository, it is automatically shared with my team.

I have noticed that while there has been no change in our day-to-day operations or in the immediate impact, we are reducing the attack surface and the probability of having a leak, which can be measured as an impact.

1Password SaaS Manager can be improved in group management. I remember that my manager mentioned group management was not the best, though I am uncertain if this has been fixed.
