Replacement of 595 AP125's with AP315's

Replacement of 595 AP125's with AP315's, using the same naming convention. get  loaner controller online OS CODE 6.4.4.16 (present code), load OS code 6.5.4.7 (new code) onto secondary partitions on all BobcatNet controllers, move AP 125 to loaner and test for connectivity, move all groups of AP125's to loaner controller, upgrade all BobcatNet controllers, connect AP315's, delete old AP125 names from database, provision new AP315's and test for connectivity
