• Specialist in Private Cloud, with a focus on Virtualization and System Center: With more than 14 years’ experience in Datacentre Architectures, Marcos is currently working as an Infrastructure Architect at NeoStream Technologies Inc.
• Microsoft Certified (10+ years): Marcos has 60+ certifications (MCT, MCSE, MCITP, MCSA, MCTS and MCDBA among others). He is certified in ITIL, CompTia and VMware as well.
• Experience in enterprise environments: He has worked several industries, including Aerospace, Transportation, Energy, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Government, Health Care, Telecoms and IT Services, Gas-Oil Company in different countries and continents.
• Assisted Microsoft in the development of workshops and special events with products such as Private Cloud, System Center, Windows Server, Windows client among others, and as a speaker at several TechNet events and TechEd Events (NORAM and EMEA).
Besides everything he is MCT since 2003, training in several Microsoft Gold Partners in EMEA, LATAM and NORAM, contributes with several articles and publications in various blogs and communities. Marcos funded and current lead a community in Canada (CVUG - Calgary Virtualization User Group) and one of the founders and leaders of MCT EUROPE UG.
Actually is the Global Vice-Chair of Board Member of GITCA (Global IT Community Association).
