In my opinion, one of the most important features will be the security aspects of the solution (DLP), container or dual persona, single management console, compliance, reporting and devices and OS support in real time (Remote)

The ability to configure, apply and deploy from a single location in the MDM, rather than having to navigate and configure on multiple pages.

MDM features, reporting on compliance and capability to manage/report on voice/text/data usage. Nowadays the ability to push apps for windows machines is a must as we tend to go away from on-prem solutions.
