It's simple to use and configure. It provides a nice dashboard, and live data. I would rate Netskope CASB a nine out of ten. The most important factors are stability, performance, and features.

My recommendation would be to definitely to shortlist Netskope CASB and strongly consider it because it was a very positive experience for us, particularly with the support that we got from our onshore partner. It still deserves to be compared with other products in that sector such as Zscaler; it's probably one of the market leaders. It's definitely worth looking at others, but we were very happy with Netskope CASB, and the team continue to use it today. I would give it an overall rating of nine on a scale from one to ten.

Since we are a partner of Netskope CASB there should be a knowledge base document wherein we should not be dependent on customer support. I'm sure there'll be in the future. Netskope CASB will handle multiple cases with different issues. There should be a centralized knowledge base where they can put all their issues and have visualization, of whatever they have resolved in the past. It will be easy for customers to go and look if they have a similar issue, instead of relying on a support response. This improvement should be made. I rate Netskope CASB a nine out of ten.

I would rate this solution 9 out of 10. My advice is to just go for it. In an organization of 30,000 people, you can't just deploy one product and start deploying another product and say, "Okay, we are replacing the solution with this one," because the company has already invested millions of dollars in this. I like the way Netskope treats its customers. Whenever you need help, they are there. They will 100% help you. They will explain everything to you. We have a meeting with our technical assistant manager every week, and he shows us different things we can do with the roadmaps, different features we can use, and what kind of policy we can put in place to lower our false positive rates. It's very helpful.

We are resellers of the product. The product is a SaaS and therefore is always up-to-date. It uses microservices. We're always dealing with the latest version of the product. It updates itself. Our clients use different deployment models and different clouds for deployment. I'd advise other companies to use the solution, and implement it now rather than later. I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten. Their ease of use, the training materials that they got, and what the solution actually covers are all very good. That said, they're fairly new into the CASB environment. However, they have done a pretty solid job with customer acceptance, with providing products that really meet the needs of what today's SaaS-based environments really require. When you start looking at how many SaaS applications are out there, being able to manage and secure against a multitude of threats, the solution ends up being quite impressive.

My advice to those wanting to implement the solution is you have to plan it out first. It is always good to know exactly how the solution operates before you are going to implement it. Plan it accordingly, rather than deploying it on all machines. First implement it on every business unit with some test users, test plans, test policies deployed, and test it out. Not all applications are supported by any of the security of the entire solution. Those applications that are not supported you have to bypass them. At this stage, only the deployment has to be done. You have a defined project plan and it is important to follow it. I rate Netskope CASB a nine out of ten.

We researched Netskope but ultimately chose Zscaler. Netskope is a cloud access security broker that helps identify and manage cloud applications, protecting your sensitive data from exfiltration. It provides visibility of how all SaaS applications are used in your environment. It makes setting up policies easy, and it has special policies to protect integrated apps. It is difficult to scale up. The infrastructure tends to stall when trying to keep pace with high loads. Although it provides basic protection features like the interpretation of firewall logs, it shows the user access to apps. It shows issues comparing the reports with the firewall logs. Overall, it presents a simple approach to web traffic control. Zscaler, on the other hand, is a complete security stack as a service for the cloud. It is designed to reduce the complexity of traditional secure web gateway approaches. It provides scaled protection to users and entities. We use Zscaler and can say we like it very much. It provides secure internet with full encryption. It is easy to use, and you can easily monitor how your users and entities use SaaS applications. It also controls your bandwidth with a load balancer. So if you are looking for smooth internet access and secure connections across devices, it may be just the solution for you. The integration with MS365 is not the easiest, and it slows email uploading and downloading. However, we heard of other users that integrated Zscaler with Azure and were satisfied. We encountered a few issues, but the vendor solved them. There were some false positives and the setup could be easier. If you have a lot of users on mobile, it may not be the best option. Conclusions Zscaler is a superior solution for businesses of all sizes. Although the setup requires some expertise, it still provides a complete solution that offers good value for money.

I have over 20 years of progressive experience in technology.I am looking to compare Netskope CASB and Microsoft Cloud App Security. I am not quite sure which one has the edge. I know Microsoft has made a lot of progress and its features make it very attractive. However, NetSkope seems to have been in the market with more experience and seems a bit pricier?  Has anyone had a good or bad experi...
