Even with Broadcom's acquisition, it maintains a ten out of ten rating for quality and offers excellent customer support. However, there are concerns about licensing issues, increased pricing, and a decrease in support efficiency, especially in Latin America. Language support challenges and delays in purchasing processes also affect customer satisfaction in some regions.
