What is most valuable?

The SAP Finance and Logistics modules, because of their smooth business operations and faster decision-making.

How has it helped my organization?

Productivity, operational efficiency, and real time data across the organization.

What needs improvement?

There are multiple SAP products/solution and add-ons, which are available in SAP for improvement. Suggestion: SAP Standard solution can be enhanced with a selection of adding one or two SAP add-ons during the SAP licensing process (FOC).

More than 10 years.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Yes, we used an Oracle-based solution. We switched over because of business processes and easy adoptability.

How was the initial setup?

Straightforward with proper in-house planning.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I strongly recommend SAP ECC application with S4.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Of course, we evaluated multiple ERP Products, including Oracle, Microsoft, etc.

What other advice do I have?

Go for SAP Products because of their business processes/features, stability, and scalability, which include backward and forward integration with any third party applications.
