Consultant at NFC/ITAs a former vendor, I found Broadview's VOIP system outdated and clunky. Their nickel-and-diming and abhorrent contracts made it untenable. Support was non-existent, so I switched to Intermedia for a modern alternative. I strongly advise avoiding Broadview.
