Integrated hiring and learning have transformed staffing accuracy and accelerated career growth
TalentEdge is a global HR EdTech platform and running really well, but I feel that there are our Centers of Excellence and small and mid-sized organizations which are not very plump in terms of business and in terms of average business revenue every year. I would definitely request them to go ahead with some generous discounting for small and mid-sized EdTech companies so that all our vendors and partners can also utilize the services. Additionally, our system requires a lot of customization very frequently. I also believe that if more business teams can come together and discuss our ideas and bring some customizable features for us, it will create a booming relationship for both of us. We develop people and organizations, and when these two meet together, organizations grow. That is the idea I really believe in. There are a few improvements that we would definitely like to have. We would definitely like to have the mobile experience. Right now, whatever subscription we have taken is of desktop version only. If a mobile version can also be introduced, that would be a great help. Additionally, I would request their tech team to timely organize webinars, orientations, and workshop sessions for newer people and newer organizations who may take a bit longer time for understanding and navigating the entire system. Rest everything is great and the system is working in a very fast way. There is no lag. The system is working great.

Container workloads have run reliably and now support secure, customizable services
It is important that Ubuntu 20 (Ubuntu 20.04 LTS) (ARM) | Support by SupportedImages has long-term support for mission-critical operations, because there are applications which need to be updated if we are going with a newer version. I do not see areas for improvement in Ubuntu 20 (Ubuntu 20.04 LTS) (ARM) | Support by SupportedImages because it satisfies our requirements. Ubuntu 20 (Ubuntu 20.04 LTS) (ARM) | Support by SupportedImages is 99% stable and reliable. It is not our primary OS; we are using it for specific services for containers and specific services. We have also introduced AI into the platform. For example, if an updated version of Redis is available, that updated version will not be available in Ubuntu 20 (Ubuntu 20.04 LTS) (ARM) | Support by SupportedImages repository. In that case, we have to pull it directly from the Redis servers and install it manually for it to work for us. I give this product a rating of 9.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The features, the proficiency, and the efficiency coming in the entire HR system and processing are phenomenal."
"Overall, we have been able to generate a profit of approximately 30 to 40 percent over the past five years."
"There have been many visible and invisible benefits that we see after introducing TalentEdge, with our placement percentage jumping from 50% to 80%, project timelines shrinking from 15 months to six to eight months, around 30% savings on expenses, and a 20% enhancement in productivity, all while making employees happier and reducing errors through automated, transparent processes."
"In conclusion, TalentEdge has become one of the most optimal recruitment platforms, offering significant cost optimization and enhancing candidate experience through advanced hiring and learning management system capabilities."
"Overall, this is a great efficient product that has led to a very focused approach in terms of managing teams."
"Ubuntu 20 (Ubuntu 20.04 LTS) (ARM) | Support by SupportedImages is easy to learn, which is my favorite part about it, as the commands are very easy."
"Regarding value for money, organizations that provide services typically use Ubuntu as their primary OS, which is secure, compatible, and developer-friendly, allowing our DevOps team to utilize it effectively for daily deployments and configurations."

Cons

"I would definitely request them to go ahead with some generous discounting for small and mid-sized EdTech companies so that all our vendors and partners can also utilize the services."
"We need more training sessions from TalentEdge team, and extended training every three months would be beneficial, as many functionalities are frequently updated, leaving our team unaware of newer features."
"Currently, we are experiencing somewhat laggard communication regarding overall development, but many advancements have already been witnessed that could provide significant momentum to our development activity."
"There are definitely a few improvement areas that are currently giving us challenges."
"While every experience has been great, there are occasional delays in ticket resolution when the system slows down, particularly over weekends; minimizing these operational lags would elevate TalentEdge further."
"There are a few applications that are not easy to deploy on Ubuntu 20 (Ubuntu 20.04 LTS) (ARM) | Support by SupportedImages, so we need to have some workarounds for that."
"Despite mentioning many advantages, an area for improvement in Ubuntu is its application support, as it lacks many GUI-friendly applications that are available on Windows or macOS, which limits usability for tasks requiring specific software."
